- Charged credits have a statute of limitations of one year after charging.
- A single top-up can be up to ₩100,000.
- Credits are used first, in order of approaching expiration.
- You can request a refund if you haven't used the charged credits within 7 days of payment.
- The refund will be canceled to the method you paid with when you applied for the refund.
- If you've used your credits even once after payment, you're not eligible for a refund.
- Email notifications will be sent 30 days and 7 days before credit expiration, within 1 year of the expiration date.
